A delicious berry jam you can throw together in minutes for toast, bagels, oatmeal, nice cream, and more!
Add frozen berries to pit over medium heat. Let thaw and release water for about 5-10 minutes. Then mash with fork or potato masher.
Add chia/flax and sweetener. Stir to combine. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let set for 5-10 minutes. Then store in airtight container in the fridge for about a week. Enjoy!
