Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

Fully customizable and super-easy-to-make whole-foods oatmeal breakfast bars perfect for a family. Or eat 'em all by yourself. I won't tell. :)

What you'll need:


  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or just cinnamon)
  • 2 cup oats


  • Apple chunks
  • Raisins
  • Chips (chocolate, carob, peanut butter, butterscotch, caramel)
  • Nut butter
  • Nuts
  • Chia seeds
  • Berries
  • Fruit

What you'll do:

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees F (176 C) and ready pan with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
  2. Mash three bananas in a large bowl.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add in any mix-ins and mix well.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool slightly before cutting into it and enjoying!
