Overnight Oats

Oatmeal you don't have to cook? Sign me up! Try these overnight oats for a simple make-ahead, no-fuss breakfast. Vegan, gluten-free, and delicious!

What you'll need:

OATS

  • 1 cup oats (rolled oats, steel-cut oats, etc.)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Stevia to taste
  • 1 cup nondairy milk

OPTIONAL ADD-INS

  • Chopped apple
  • Berries
  • Nuts
  • Cacao
  • Chocolate chips

What you'll do:

  1. In two jars, add the dry ingredients evenly and shake up.
  2. Add milk right before you cap it up and place in refrigerator.
  3. Refrigerate overnight or up to three days. Feel free to top with fresh berries or other fruit. Then enjoy!
