A super-yummy baked chocolate cherry walnut oatmeal naturally sweetened and easy to make!
Preheat oven to 375F and ready a ramekin. (I don't grease mine - I bake right in it.)
In a small bowl, mash banana and then mix with water.
Add maple syrup, (optional) turmeric, ground flax, Nutella/peanut butter, cacao, and (optional) zucchini and stir until mixed well.
Add oats, walnuts, and cherries and mix until combined.
Put mixture into ramekin and bake for 20-25 minutes (maybe longer - depends on how "done" you want it). Let cool for 10 minutes or so and then enjoy!
