Easy Vegan Nutella

A super-easy homemade vegan Nutella that's fruit-sweetened and so delicious!

What you'll need:

  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup cacao
  • 10-14 dates, pitted (soak in warm water for 1 hour if they're not soft)
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water (for blending into desired consistency)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

What you'll do:

  1. Add hazelnuts to high-speed blender (we used our Blendtec twister jar) and blend until it turns into butter.

  2. Add cacao, dates, and some of the water and blend until smooth. Add water to reach desired consistency.

  3. Blend in salt and vanilla until mixed well. Then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1-2 weeks.
