A refreshing, delicious pineapple orange juice perfect for hot summer days and quick, easy breakfasts. Drink it as is or freeze it to add to future smoothies!
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if you want it cold right away.
An optional choice is to strain it if you don't want pulp, but I find that our Vitamix chews everything up well enough that mine's a smooth juice without straining.
Best when fresh, though it'll keep for up to 48 hours in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It can be frozen for other uses for 1 month or more.
*This is the orange-to-pineapple ratio I've used and like best, but it depends on your taste. Feel free to use more or less pineapple or orange juice for your liking!
