Total Time 5 minutes
Servings 4 1/2 cup servings

What you'll need:

Cashew Milk

  • 1/3 cup raw cashews (soaking is optional if you have a high-speed blender)
  • 2-3 medjool dates, pitted (if they're not sticky, soak in warm water for 10-15 minutes first and drain)
  • 2 cups water
  • (optional) splash of vanilla
  • (optional) tiny pinch of salt

What you'll do:

Cashew Milk

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth! No straining needed, but you can for an extra smooth milk or if you don't have a high-speed blender like a Vitamix. Store in airtight container up to 4 days. Separation is natural - just shake before using.

Flavored Milks

  1. For chocolate, add 1-2 tbsp cacao powder + 1-2 more dates for added sweetness. Then blend until smooth.

  2. For berry, add 1/3 - 1/2 cup berries of choice. Then blend until smooth.

  3. For banana, add 1 small ripe banana. Then blend until smooth.
