Two-ingredient watermelon lemonade - watermelonade! Naturally sweetened, no sugar, so refreshing on a hot summer day! Enjoy!

What you'll need:

  • 1 small "personal" watermelon (or 1/2 regular watermelon)*
  • 1-2 lemons' worth of juice

What you'll do:

  1. Scoop the fruit out of the watermelon and add it to a blender (like a Vitamix).
  2. Add lemon juice and blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice, refrigerate to chill, or enjoy right away.

Recipe Notes

*I like to refrigerate my watermelon overnight before I make this so I don't need have to refrigerate it or add ice to the blender. You could even freeze the watermelon to make this more of a slushie.
