Today’s recipe is actually what you’d call dessert by its name, but you might find me eating this for breakfast, lunch, or dinner too. You’d eat bananas at any time of the day, right? Nuts aren’t a dessert food. Coconut water goes in all of my smoothies. And cacao? Well, okay. Maybe that’s the dessert part. Either way, this stuff is delicious! Enjoy any time. You have my permission.

- 4 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup pecans/walnuts
- 1/3 cup water/nondairy milk*
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 2-4 dates, pitted**
Add all ingredients to your food processor and process well!
Place into bowls and enjoy!
*If not using water, make your own raw nutmilk to keep this recipe raw.
**If your dates aren't sticky, soak in warm/hot water for 10-15 minutes. Then drain and squeeze excess water from them before using.
