Y’all. Several summers ago, I made Watermelonade and it blew my mind. This summer, I saw a post on facebook from The Chocolate Vegan about blending watermelon with pineapple instead of lemon and thought, Yeah, I should try that. Pineapple watermelon juice sounds good.
Holy moly, you guys. I’m so glad I went for it!! But I had to take it to the next level with some lemon juice. And YESSSS that’s even BETTER! So let’s get in the kitchen and makes some Pineapple Watermelonade, shall we? Come on!
This is SO sweet and delicious, you guys. I knew I would like it, but I had no idea how much! I want to make this every day now, but soon, watermelon season will be over. So take advantage now!!
Pineapple is wonderful blended with other things too (like orange juice). So is watermelon, and I look forward to experimenting more and more with other fruits. These have been perfect additions to my summer, so I hope you enjoy!

Blend up some Pineapple Watermelonade - a pineapple watermelon juice you'll love. It's a sweet, refreshing summer drink to enjoy in this hot weather!
- 4 cups chopped watermelon (plus any juice from the watermelon)
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- 1-2 lemons (just the juice)
Add watermelon to your blender and blend until smooth. Be sure to pour any juice from the watermelon into your blender as well. That'll help the watermelon blend, but if you need to add a little water to get it going, that's okay.
Add pineapple and lemon juice to watermelon juice and blend again until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy! Leftovers will keep in the refrigerator up to 48 hours.
*If you use fresh fruit that hasn't been refrigerated, chill with ice, add ice to your blender, or chill in the fridge for a couple of hours first. I refrigerated my watermelon beforehand and used frozen pineapple, so I enjoyed mine cold right away.
