Y’all, I’ve found my new go-to breakfast. Overnight oats! You do need to prepare it the night before, but it’s a lot less time to do that than it is to cook it right when you want it, and you can prepare multiple batches ahead of time! Set it and forget it, y’all. WOO!
You can add lots of stuff to make this one your own. Berries, chia seeds, raisins, apple/walnut (see below!), chocolate chips, dates, pumpkin pie spice (haha!)–the possibilities are endless! Basically, use equal parts oats and milk. Then add your mix-ins and let sit overnight. You can eat it right out of the jar or get fancy like we did (just for a blog shot). Enjoy!
We have plenty of breakfast dishes here on the blog! Check out all of my baked oatmeal recipes, like , fudgy brownie oatmeal, and blueberry pie, by clicking right here. Or try breakfast cookies, chocolate donuts, oatmeal cups, and chocolate chip muffins.
