My awesome book friend Tiffany posted a oatmeal breakfast bars recipe on her Facebook page a couple of weeks ago. I made them my own way last weekend to try them out in my own way, and they were really good! It’s a perfect warm breakfast, and it doesn’t take much time at all.
The ingredients are simple and clean, and everyone should be able to enjoy these. Plus, you can totally add different mix-ins to make them different every time. Add chocolate chips, raisins, berries, peanut butter, other fruit like mango/pineapple/peach, or whatever you’d like. π
You can make a whole pan of this for your family, but be warned: You might eat the whole thing like I did. It’s really easy to do, but luckily for us, it’s all good-for-us food! So snack on, my friends. Eat up. Your body will be happy for the fruit, fiber, and nutrients. π
You’ll find lots of oatmeal recipes here! Click right here to find them all. And try our other breakfast dishes, like chocolate chip muffins, fudgy brownie cookies, breakfast cookies, apple-walnut muffins, or any of the several baked oatmeal recipes I love so much. π

I have such a sweet tooth, so this looks like it will be great. I already know that I will be adding pepitas, chia and chocolate to mine!
Tanya, those sound like great things to add! YUM!
